RETURNS

If you discover anything is wrong with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect item; billing issues, or anything else), please e-mail us at info@specialtyproducts.com

Please communicate your order number as a reference.  

You have 30 calendar days contact us from the date or reception of your order. Past 30 days, we will not replace or resend merchandise, or issue refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable products.

REFUNDS – On Returned Orders

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

REFUNDS – On Incorrect Orders/Billing Issues

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days, from the customer service written confirmation 

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Specialty Products is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
